Application Requirements and Specialties We Recruit:

You must have completed a nursing school program at an accredited and approved training institution, as well as possess a valid registered nurse license in your home country. Be a registered nurse with at least one year of clinical experience working in an acute inpatient setting in a busy secondary-level facility with at least 100 beds or more. We are currently accepting application for the following specialities: Medical-Surgical, ICU/HDU/IMCU, Accident and emergency, Oncology, PACU, OR / Theatre, Dialysis and Cath Lab.

What We Offer

Obtain Required Credentials: We fully sponsor the RN’s NCLEX-RN journey including fully paid trip and accomodations to take your NCLEX (if applicable). We provide a comprehensive NCLEX review program and handle licensure cost.
English Language Proficiency. We offer in depth review of IELTS exam.
Obtain your visa: Apply for you and your immediate family member (under 21 years of age at his/her last birthday) green card and visa.
Find Employment: For the RN in 1 of our extensive network of client facilities.
Help you and your family to relocate to the US: At Brilliant healthcare, we value your family and understand that your family needs come first. We pay for you as you pay for your family’s relocation cost.
US. Adaptation Programme: We host you for 1 month in Houston, Texas at our corporate apartment as you go through the American Adaptation Programme (AAP).
Settle in your assignment area: We assist you in settling in your assignment area as you begin your new job in the USA to achieve the American dream.
